Mindfulness is a treatment used to prevent stress,anxiety,depression.This type of training can be beneficial in everyday life. .
In our project we aim to increase our students' awareness of how they are feeling in the moment,come less emotional reactivity and a greater ability to listen and communicate more thoughtfully and effectively.
When they get accustomed to use mindfulness activities in their daily life ,they will increase self esteem,improve emotion regulation ,social skills and concentration ,be better at decision making and have more healthy mind and life.These techniques help them to be more succesfull in their education and academic life.
Every month we will use different techniques to make them live in moment with our partner schools and we will be in the nature while doing some activities.
We will explore ways to alleviate stress and anxiety ,which increases especially during pandemic days.
They will name their feelings and thoughts,notice their breaths and use it to calm themselves ,be aware of their surroundings,move ,stretch and notice body sensations,take a mindful nature walk.
