1)Meeting with partners via zoom (Partnerlerle zoom üzerinden buluşma )

1)By applying mindful exercises to the students make them use these exercises in their daily life.After that ,we want them to share the things that they have noticed with mindful exercises.

1)They will prepare a daily weather forecast according to their inner world and then we will graph it to identify the most intense emotions.

WHY IS MINDFULNESS ?

 Mindfulness is a treatment used to prevent stress,anxiety,depression.This type of training can be beneficial in everyday life. .

In our project we aim to increase our students' awareness of how they are feeling in the moment,come less emotional reactivity and a greater ability to listen and communicate more thoughtfully and effectively. 

When they get accustomed to use mindfulness activities in their daily life ,they will increase self esteem,improve emotion regulation ,social skills and concentration ,be better at decision making and have more healthy mind and life.These techniques help them to be more succesfull in their education and academic life.

Every month we will use different techniques to make them live in  moment with our partner schools and we will be in the nature while doing some activities. 

We will explore ways to alleviate stress and anxiety ,which increases especially during pandemic days.

They will name their feelings and thoughts,notice their breaths and use it to calm themselves ,be aware of their surroundings,move ,stretch and notice body sensations,take a mindful nature walk.


WHAT IS OUR PROJECT ABOUT ?

 Projemizde, derslerden önce uygulayacağımız farkındalık egzersizleri ile öğrencilerimize duygularını yönetmede yardımcı olmayı hedefliyoruz.Özellikle covid-19 süresince uzaktan eğitim döneminde duygusal bağımız zayıfladığı için bu tarz egzersizler ile onlara yine yakın olduğumuzu hissettirmek ve aşamadıkları kaygıları varsa birlikte çözümlemek istiyoruz.Sonrasında bu egzersizleri kendileri de günlük hayatlarında kullanarak ,bunu yaşam biçimi haline getirip ,stresleriyle başa çıkabileceklerdir.

In our project, we aim to help our students manage their emotions with mindfulness exercises that we will apply before classes.Especially since our emotional bond is weakened during the distance education and the covid -19 period, we want to make them feel that we are close to them again with such exercises and to resolve together if they have anxiety that they cannot overcome.They will be able to use these exercises themselves in their daily lives, make it a lifestyle and cope with their stress.
